Field of activity

The main areas of research of Lars Haupt include performance engineering as well as the development and quality assurance of software in the context of the Digital Twin project. In addition, Mr. Haupt develops software for efficient numerical flow, building and plant simulation on massive parallel systems.

Vita

Lars Haupt studied techno-mathematics with specialization in fluid mechanics at the TU Dresden from 2002 - 2008. From 2012 - 2018 he did his doctoral thesis on "Ein HPC-tauglicher Spektralelemente-Löser auf der Grundlage von statischer Kondensation und Mehrgittermethoden".
