Field of activity

The field of research of Tim van Beek focuses on the system analysis of energy supply systems, in particular using the hardware-in-the-loop methodology. In addition, he develops software for control and measurement data analysis and creates concepts for test stands and their monitoring.

Vita

Tim van Beek studied Regenerative Energy Systems at TU Dresden from 2013 - 2019 and completed his studies at the Chair of Building Energy Technology and Heat Supply with the energetic evaluation of a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC). Since then, he has been working as a research assistant in the field. Tim van Beek is a trained industrial mechanic and also volunteers with Engineers Without Borders in the field of renewable energies.
